Verena, the youngest daughter of the family, practically grew up in the kitchen, peering over her grandmother's shoulder from a young age. Immersed in the flavours and recipes of South Tyrol, she began delighting her family with small delicacies early on. Today, she pours her heart and soul into running our hotel's kitchen, breathing fresh life into traditional recipes. Her dishes are a true taste of the Val Pusteria valley, expertly weaving together old family secrets with the finest seasonal ingredients.
