At the time of booking, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay price must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival.

For cancellations made between 30 and 22 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.

For cancellations made between 21 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 80% of the booked but unused stay will be charged.

Good to know

• Check-in is available from 02:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 07:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
• The local tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on the day of departure.
• For arrivals after 09:30 p.m., we cannot guarantee dinner on the day of arrival, as our kitchen is no longer staffed at that time.
• On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m.
• If you would like to enjoy your departure day in complete relaxation and use our SPA area a little longer, this is possible for a small surcharge per person.
• Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional charge of €60.00.

A reservation at the stated conditions becomes binding only upon receipt of our written booking confirmation. Before final confirmation, both availability and the final price will be checked and confirmed once again.
